Abstract
This proposal is aimed at creating undergraduate research opportunities for the NSF research program "CAREER: Programmed Robotic Self Assembly", for which the proposer is the principal investigator. The goal of the program is to support an undergraduate to do basic research in the PI's robotics and controls laboratory under the supervision of the PI and his graduate students. The benefits to the student are the opportunity to be able to experience mentorship and management from a new perspective.
