Registration for the MSEE and PhD Graduation Celebration was open from May 5th through 25th. If you have questions about the celebration or related matters, please contact the EE Advising Office.For information on ticket distribution, please see below.
TICKET DISTRIBUTION
Initial Ticket Requests
All students who request guest tickets MUST pick them up during the week
of June 2 through June 6 at the EE Advising Office. For those of you who have
already graduated, we will mail your tickets to the address you indicate
on this form. If you do not pick them up by Friday, June 6, at 5pm, we
may redistribute them to other graduates who indicate a need for
additional tickets.
On June 9, once all initial tickets are distributed, we will determine if we have any remaining tickets. If so, we will notify you and determine an equitable distribution among all graduates who requested additional tickets. You will then be asked to pick up your additional tickets no later than June 12.
Remember, no guest will be admitted to the celebration without a ticket!
