- To Maintain Grad Student Status - Requirements for continued enrollment in the graduate program.
- ON-LEAVE STATUS: Students should contact Graduate Advising for the official UW form that is required to be submitted to the Registrar's Office by the 5th day of the quarter ($35 fee). Also required is the Departmental On-Leave and Part-Time Petition Form. Students may request up to 4 quarters of on-leave status.
- PART-TIME STATUS: Students must have the approval of the department in order to attend part-time. Departmental On-Leave and Part-Time Petition Form
- INT'L STUDENTS: For travel letters and visa renewals, email the EE Advising Office with travel information.
